Approved affiliates receive $20 USD for each valid, completed sale of an eligible paid Click Vitality book, properly attributed to their approved affiliate tracking link/code. Eligible products at launch are the paid Click Vitality digital books only. Zanix Health products (Monthly, Annual, Bundle, and the $397 Click Vitality customer offer) and the Free Blueprint are not eligible for commission unless Click Vitality explicitly adds them to the eligible-products list in future.
A sale is attributed to the affiliate whose tracking link/code was most recently associated with the customer's visit, within the current attribution window. Click Vitality records both the first and most recent referral touch for every visitor so that attribution policy can be reviewed or adjusted without losing historical evidence.
Affiliate commission is paid monthly in arrears. Payments are intended to be made on the 30th day of the following month. Where a calendar month does not contain a 30th day, payment may be made on the last applicable business day of that month. Payments remain subject to validation, fraud checks, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and clawbacks.
Commission may be withheld, reversed or deducted from future commission where the underlying transaction is refunded, charged back, cancelled, fraudulent, duplicated, invalid, self-generated contrary to these terms, or otherwise ineligible.
Affiliate status may be suspended or terminated immediately if the affiliate misrepresents Click Vitality; makes misleading or unauthorised claims; makes prohibited medical/health claims; uses deceptive marketing; spams consumers; engages in fraud; misuses Click Vitality intellectual property; abuses the programme; or otherwise brings Click Vitality, Zanix Health, their products, owners or brands into disrepute.
Suspected fraud may result in immediate suspension of an affiliate's account while investigated. Confirmed fraud may result in termination, cancellation of unpaid commissions, clawback of affected commissions, and blocking of the affiliate tracking code.
Affiliates must not turn Click Vitality wellness information into medical promises or make unsupported claims about disease treatment, guaranteed weight loss, guaranteed longevity, guaranteed rejuvenation, spot-fat reduction, medical cures, or guaranteed health outcomes. Affiliate marketing must remain consistent with the approved Click Vitality product wording and disclaimers, including that Click Vitality and Zanix Health content is for general wellness information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Personal data submitted in an affiliate application is used only to evaluate and administer the affiliate relationship and is handled per our Privacy Policy. It is not sold and is not made publicly available.
Affiliates may not use Click Vitality or Zanix Health names, logos, or content in a way that implies endorsement beyond an approved affiliate relationship, or in any manner not authorised by Click Vitality.
Affiliates must not generate traffic through spam, misleading advertising, incentivised or fraudulent clicks, or any method that violates applicable law or the terms of the platform on which the affiliate is promoting Click Vitality.
Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. Click Vitality may suspend or terminate an affiliate immediately for a breach of these terms. Commission already validly earned and unpaid at termination remains subject to the standard payment, validation and clawback provisions above.
Click Vitality maintains a commission ledger recording, at minimum, the affiliate, the transaction, the eligible product, the gross sale price, the commission amount, and the commission status. Click Vitality may correct genuine errors in this ledger.
Click Vitality may modify these terms, the eligible-products list, the commission rate, or the attribution window at any time. Material changes will apply prospectively to future sales, not to commission already earned under the terms in effect at the time of that sale.
Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to commission they receive.
