Click Vitality ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through clickvitality.com, why, and how it's handled.
When you request the Free Health Blueprint, register interest in an affiliate offer, or purchase the Full Ebook, we collect: first name, last name, email address, and (for the Free Blueprint form) country, age range, wellness goal, and answers to a couple of short interest questions. Purchases are processed by Stripe, which handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your card details.
To deliver the Free Health Blueprint and the Full Ebook you request, to send the order/verification emails needed to do that, and — only if you tick the separate marketing consent box — to send you further Click Vitality health, wellness and product updates. Requesting the Free Report does not, by itself, sign you up for ongoing marketing.
Your data is processed by our email/CRM platform, Systeme.io, which stores your contact record, sends the automated delivery emails, and (if you've consented) our newsletter. Payments are processed by Stripe. Both are data processors acting on our instructions and maintain their own security and privacy standards.
We ask you to confirm your email address before sending the Free Blueprint, to keep our list accurate and to make sure the report reaches the right inbox. Verification uses a single-use, time-limited link; we don't store your unverified password or any sensitive credential.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent, at any time by emailing hello@clickvitality.com or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will not sell your personal data.
We keep contact records for as long as you remain subscribed or have an active order history, and delete or anonymise them on request, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements (e.g. purchase/tax records).
